Bio
Khaled Alchekh Khador - Born in Homs Syria inherited from his father the love of art, painting gilding and ornaments. Khadour was born in the art world and the love for art is in his blood. Mostly he works with oil paints on canvas but he also adds some mediums like gold leaf or silver leaf.
Khador has studied In Sharjah Art Institute in Sharjah (UAE) from 2000 to 2004 and also in Sobhi Shoaib Fine Art Institute in Homs (Syria) from 1997 to 1999. Khador believes that art should have a purpose, to serve, educate, and help humanity and society, that is why most of his art work talks about humans and what we go through in life (from emotions to racism to being equal in race color and level.) |
Artist Statement
"What moves me and shakes my emotions and my being and makes me create is the human beings (the suffering, struggle, war and discrimination) and that is what you will be feeling and seeing when you view my artwork.
I create to send a message to share and to maybe help if possible sending awareness that we are all humans and we deserve all the same equally regardless of anything and we all should be good to each other and help one another. I hope you will feel all this in my artwork and am sure you will. - Khaled Alchekh Khador
