Exhibition Catalog 2015
Introduction
Production for the August 2015 exhibition catalog is underway. Below is the outline for production, marketing, sales and distribution. One important point to make here is that Art Impact USA will be personally responsible for marketing and distribution before the opening reception. 150 catalogs will be mailed out to key DMV area media and art organizations (university, art departments, galleries, museum, art coops, etc.) So anyone included in this catalog will get premium exposure to people who can move the needle.
All we ask is that each of the exhibiting artists contribute $100 as they will get a full page and a quarter of space. You will each receive 25 copies. Advertisers will have the opportunity to purchase half page ads for $50 (receiving 12 copies) and full page ads for $100 (receiving 25 copies.) There are no quarter page ads being offered. We are utilizing the catalog not only as a historical document, but to also announce your artistry to the community and region. Here is the plan:

· 2 pages of back and front covers (best of show on front, one advertiser on back)
· 1 Curator’s Message page
· 1 Acknowledgments / Thank You page
· 16 pages of artists' work (1 page per artist)
· 5 pages of artists’ short bios & artists’ head shot photos (4 artists per page)
· 4 pages of advertisers

20 Exhibiting Artists
Each Pays: $100
Exposure: 1 full page dedicated to showing their art
Number of catalogs received: 25 copies to each artist

4 Full Page Advertising Clients
Each Pays: $100 inside pages; outside back cover costs $350; inside back cover costs $250
Exposure: 1 full page
Number of catalogs received: 25 copies
(200 copies total)
Publisher (Art Impact USA) receives 50
For sale during opening reception ($5 each) to cover postage:
150 to be mailed out to Mayor's office, DC Museums, DC Galleries
DMV Art Clubs, University Art Departments,
DMV Media Stations and Newspapers

Curator & Sponsor Venue receives:
175 to distribute for free or sell while exhibition runs during gallery hours
