Donating Art for Legislative Week

NATIONAL CARIBBEAN AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE WEEK 2016

In order to support the continuance of National Caribbean American Heritage Month and the gathering of leaders discuss Caribbean American issues at the White House and on Capitol Hill Carolyn Goodridge has donated her encaustic painting "Hawk Nebulae, Ocean to Ocean."  The auction will raise funds to support the Institute of Caribbean Culture.  See the video below.

The events in National Caribbean American Legislative Week, June 19 - 24, 2016.  The Capitol Hill Forum is organized in partnership with the Office of Congresswoman Barbara Lee and Congresswoman Yvette Clarke.
